Celebrating 2 Years of Connect2Hampshire - Part Two

Continuing our birthday celebrations, we spoke to Karen to see how the last 2 years have been for her.

Tell us about your experience with Connect2Hampshire during the last two years?

It’s been a completely new adventure, was great to be part of that from the beginning.

What do you enjoy most about working for Connect2Hampshire?

I love the team, the independence the job gives me and the opportunity to work from home.

Looking back over the last two years, what has been your highlight?

Making new friends inside and outside of work.

In the last two years, what do you consider to be your greatest professional achievement?

Being given the opportunity to learn so much about recruitment having started with very little experience within the industry.

Over the last year, how well have you adapted to home working throughout the pandemic?

It was very different to start with but once you have structure and become very organised it works very well and has given me a great work life balance.

What are you most looking forward to doing when the Covid restrictions are lifted?

I long to spend quality time with my older kids, mum, sister and close friends . Have missed them terribly.
