The purpose of adult social care is to provide individuals with both practical and personal support in their everyday lives. It is also about providing support to individuals so that they can remain independent and maintain their dignity, and ensuring that they have their choices and control.

Connect2Hampshire place social care workers into roles working with vulnerable adults and are regularly asked to put forward skilled people for challenging roles in Nursing and Residential Homes, Respite Units and Day Centre.

With the exception of Nurses and Registered Managers, it's not always essential to hold formal qualifications. If you have experience working in social care with vulnerable adults, search for a job or call one of our specialist consultants today.

Children's Social Care

Children's social carers strive to ensure that the children in their care are healthy, enjoy learning and achieve their potential. In addition to these important factors, it is also important for individuals to be kept in a stable and safe environment to enable them to contribute positively to a society that respects their rights.

Connect2Hampshire recruit for a variety of settings including residential, family support services, out of hours services and administration services. Whilst it is not essential to hold any formal qualifications, you will need to have previous experience working with these groups.
