Position: Care Assistant

Location: Marfield Nursing Home = Gilbert White Way, Alton GU34 2LF

Location: Hawthorne Court Nursing Home = 21 Hamilton Road, Southampton, SO31 7LX

Location: Emsworth House Nursing Home = Emsworth House Close, Emsworth, PO10 7JR

Job Type: Flexible Shifts Available

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing high-quality, person-centred care to our residents
• Supporting residents with daily living activities such as personal care, mobility, and mealtimes
• Building meaningful relationships with residents and their families
• Maintaining accurate care records and working closely with the wider care team

About You:

• Compassionate, patient, and respectful
• A great team player with excellent communication skills
• Previous care experience is required
• For clinical roles: valid NMC registration required
• Flexible working
