Do you love the outdoors and enjoy making a real difference to young people who need it most?
We're looking for passionate, positive and proactive Outdoor Learning Coaches to support our Access Adventure small‑group programmes - helping children and young people build confidence, resilience and life skills through meaningful outdoor experiences.

🌟 What you'll be doing

You'll support our programme leaders to deliver inspiring outdoor sessions for SEND learners, Children in Care and other vulnerable groups. From woodland adventures to bushcraft, climbing, paddleboarding, mountain biking and more - you'll help young people connect, grow and thrive in the outdoors.

🗓 How the role works

• Casual, ad‑hoc work booked in advance
• Mostly term‑time daytime hours
• Based across Hampshire with transport support to activity locations
• £150 per day

🧭 We're looking for someone who…

• Has genuine passion for the outdoors and outdoor learning
• Has experience working with SEND, CiC or vulnerable young people
• Communicates warmly, stays calm under pressure and brings great energy
• Is proactive, reliable and confident supporting small groups
• Understands the importance of learning beyond the classroom
• Holds outdoor first aid (or is willing to gain it) and a full UK driving licence

🎒 Bonus points if you have:

• NGB qualifications (climbing, paddling, walking, cycling, archery, bushcraft etc.)
• Experience delivering or assisting with adventurous outdoor activities
